Here is what I need from you.

- I need 3 things about yourself that you are ok making fun of yourself. (if you need help with this ask your friends/kids/family what they make fun of your about) 

- List 3 things that you do professionally 

- List any chariety or social cause that you are affiliated with or like to donate your time to.

- Please allow about 1-2 hours for filming
